Sharing the taste of Mexico in the UK

Enchilady is our way of sharing a little piece of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, with the world. It’s more than just food—it’s history, home-cooked flavors, and the warmth of a family meal.

For us, Enchilady is a love letter we send every day to our family and friends, to the memories of waking up to the smell of fresh flour tortillas made by Mom, or watching Dad cook the best corn soup lovingly packed for our lunch for school. It’s a tribute to those simple yet beautiful moments that shaped us.

It’s also more than nostalgia—it’s a space where the Mexican and British communities in the UK can come together. Because food is identity, and when you’re far from home, finding those familiar flavors feels like a warm embrace, like a little taste of belonging.

What makes us happiest is that, through Enchilady, we’ve met incredible people and made new friendships—Mexican and British—brought together by the simple joy of sharing a meal.
